Part-Time Office Assistant / Operations Support (AV & Event Production)
Responsibilities
Manage and organize QuickBooks (invoicing, expenses, reconciliations)
Assist with crew scheduling and call sheets
Help track jobs, dates, and production details
Support day-to-day office operations and admin tasks
Communicate with crew and internal team as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
Some experience or familiarity with event production or AV rentals
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Able to work in-office (this is not a remote role)
