Business Consultant

Solvo Global is focused on strategic sales and is seeking a Business Consultant to prospect and secure new partnerships for their products and services. The role involves managing the full sales lifecycle, developing sales plans, and maintaining client relationships while ensuring alignment with company deliverables.

Responsibilities

Proactively generate new business opportunities and execute lead generation strategies within your territory
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through effective negotiation and closing techniques
Develop short- and long-term sales plans to increase volume and profit margins; manage account resource allocation
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor initiatives, and broker practices to maintain a competitive edge
Oversee renewal proposals for existing clients and deliver high-impact executive summaries and presentations
Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce), submit timely reports, and participate in team coaching and training sessions
Attend domestic and occasional international onsite meetings, industry conferences, and training sessions

Required

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of professional experience and certifications
2+ years of progressive B2B sales experience in Payroll, HCM, PEO, or BPO
Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite
A valid driver's license and a valid passport for occasional international travel
Highly motivated with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
Ability to interpret data, identify market shifts, and adjust strategies accordingly
Commitment to sound business ethics, confidentiality, and a professional corporate style
Strong ability to work cross-functionally and build internal partnerships

Preferred

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
