Responsibilities
Supervising operations within the Baltimore facility to achieve desired goals
Organizing training for the production team
Ensuring compliance with all safety standards at the facility
Organizing, monitoring and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources to meet the production schedule
Maintain communication between employees and senior staff to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood
Demonstrated SAP operating knowledge
Ability to write reports legibly and accurately
Assistance with onboarding and training of new hires
Qualification
Required
High school graduate or equivalent education
A minimum of 2-4 years' experience preferred in a supervisory role
Proven leadership and team-building abilities
Previous Supervisory experience in a similar manufacturing environment preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Technical understanding of manufacturing processes
Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic
Ability to write reports legibly and accurately
Ability to manage multiple priorities and plan ahead
Proficiency with relevant software (e.g., Excel, SAP)
Maintain a high standard of safety and safe work practices, including keen working knowledge of process safety, personal safety and plant life critical procedures
Demonstrated SAP operating knowledge
Ability to write reports legibly and accurately
Assistance with onboarding and training of new hires
