Responsibilities
Define, guide, and enforce pillar-level project management frameworks, methodologies, and resource planning standards
Ensure consistency, reduce duplicative tasks, and strengthen accountability across all businesses
Establish and optimize end-to-end PM processes, promoting clarity, predictability, and alignment
Drive operational discipline and continuously refine workflows to maximize efficiency
Support adoption of new tools, automation, and process enhancements that improve delivery quality and team effectiveness
Promote a strong automation mindset within project management practices
Maintain working knowledge of AI-related capabilities and evolving tools to help teams operate effectively in an AI-augmented landscape
Apply working knowledge of the Workfront system to strengthen resource planning, workflow management, and reporting accuracy across teams
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and agency teams by providing guidance, sharing best practices, and enabling smooth implementation of process standards
Define role clarity, career paths, and capability development for project management professionals
Build a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous learning
Qualification
Required
Proven senior leader with deep experience elevating project management practices at scale
7+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing large project management teams within a creative agency environment
10+ years of experience in project and/or program management
Expertise in establishing and governing standardized project management frameworks
Strong background managing complex project portfolios with significant operational impact
Exceptional executive presence, communication, and change leadership skills
Strong automation mindset with familiarity in AI-augmented workflows
Working knowledge of Workfront or similar project portfolio management systems
