Responsibilities

Collaborate effectively with a multi-faceted team to achieve project objectives and ensure seamless integration across diverse functions
Provide expertise in memo documentation including creation and coordination for teammates to ensure efficient communication with relevant recipients
Officer will help plan, organize, and execute technical operations in support of priority mission requirements
Travel in support of operational objectives to both CONUS and OCONUS

Required

Active TS/SCI clearance with required polygraph
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline (i.e., Computer Science, Computer Engineering), with a minimum of 10+ years' experience in a relevant technical field to the position
Working knowledge of cyber operation capabilities
Ability to apply tradecraft to protect and safeguard agents, operations and equities
Experience designing, implementing and managing cyber or other technical operations from initial concept to full deployment and to include development of technical tools or integrating the development of tools into operation, access, coordination with partners and drafting operational approvals
Ability to conceive, prepare-for, and conduct technical exchange meetings (TEMs) with varying levels of leadership
Demonstrated familiarity with customer systems, processes and practices to create memo correspondence and informal communications with the field and mission partners, as well as contribute to the operational process documentation
Demonstrated experience with customer tools and data repositories
Experience working closely with internal and external mission partners
Ability to interact and communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures and to convey technical information to non-technical individuals
Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills; be able to work in a high-impact, busy office and work well in an open, collaborative environment
Demonstrated experience preparing documentation
Ability to research, analyze, prioritize, problem solve, synthesize large amounts of data/information, and to work several tasks concurrently with minimum supervision

Preferred

Excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgment and good administrative and organizational skills
Understanding of the OSI model and familiarity with analyzing and enumerating complex networks
Familiarity with PCAP analysis, network hardware, protocols, software implementation and services
