Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate new commercial opportunities through networking, community involvement, nonprofit events, retail activations, and local business outreach
Monitor GC and commercial opportunities, including RFB, RFP, and RFI submissions, and coordinate next steps with the estimator and technical leadership
Support growth across install, service, and preventative maintenance divisions by generating and qualifying leads
Represent ACS at fundraisers, trade shows, business events, and community programs
Support corporate social responsibility initiatives, including nonprofit partnerships, volunteer work, and philanthropic contributions
Strengthen ACS visibility through relationship building with businesses, community leaders, and local organizations
Oversee brand and digital marketing agencies to ensure messaging is accurate, effective, and aligned with company goals
Support seasonal promotions and targeted social media advertising
Coordinate the production of organic social media posts each week
Assist with managing the annual advertising budget and allocating spend across campaigns
Support broader marketing activities throughout the year
Assist leadership in improving customer experience systems and structured sales processes
Participate in internal culture and employee retention initiatives
Maintain strong communication between leadership, technicians, and office staff
Qualification
Required
Confident, organized, and outgoing personality
Ability to identify and cultivate new commercial opportunities through networking and community involvement

Experience representing a company at fundraisers, trade shows, business events, and community programs
