Responsibilities

Call independently or with the Account Officer on all prospects and customers

Prepare and present comprehensive sales proposals and presentations

Ensure customers receive outstanding service during the sales process, thorough training in order to effectively implement service and achieve maximum benefit and provide follow up contact to support a long-term relationship

Ensure customers problems and concerns are addressed in a quick and efficient manner

Track call activity and results

Travel outside base location may be required from time to time

Interact with all company employees with courtesy and respect. Actively participate in the Customer Service First culture, support the values of the organization, and follow established Bank policies and procedures

Required

Business degree or 3 years business/marketing/sales experience is required

Treasury Management experience is a plus

Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software is required, including computer skills sufficient to install programs and hardware on customer computers with provided instructions

Demonstrate the ability to cooperate and maintain an effective team relationship
