Proficiency in Sales Operations to optimize workflows and improve efficiency
Experience in Sales Management with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams
Proven track record in Business Development and identifying market opportunities
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
Preferred
Prior experience in ad-tech, marketing, or serving small businesses is highly desirable
