Responsibilities
Solicit, sign and set up new retail and/or home improvement dealers
Manage large multi-location Regional Retail Dealers as assigned
Review and decision retail dealer relationship requests
Maintain dealer relationship
Train Lendmark Retail RSM’s and retail dealer personnel
Keep updated with industry trends
Address dealer customer service issues
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
College degree or strong equivalent background in outside sales in same or related field or comparable education and related training
10+ years related experience
Ability to be effective in product/service presentation, negotiations and final closings
Ability to be effective in dealer servicing and retention
Ability to prioritize and work with limited supervision; self-starter
Broad-based industry knowledge of related documents and legalities
Working knowledge of support positions
Basic computer skills and understanding of related programs
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
