Manage, update, and maintain Salesforce database entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document proofreading
Cross-check data against documents and make sure the information is entered correctly into Salesforce
Run custom reports to show daily operations update
Build reports in Salesforce for the manager
Work with sales teams to ensure customer information is assigned to the appropriate person
Qualification
Required
Must have strong experience using the Salesforce platform
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience building reports out of Salesforce
