PUP Coordinator / Customer Service
Superior Plus Propane is seeking a Customer Service/Coordinator to support daily office operations and assist customers with timely and accurate service. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and inquiries, resolving account questions, service requests, and billing concerns with professionalism
Process daily office work including service orders, account updates, paperwork, and general administrative tasks
Complete daily balances and reconciliation by reviewing transactions, posting payments, and preparing deposits
Support basic collections through courteous follow‑ups on overdue accounts
Use Microsoft Office tools—Outlook, Word, and simple Excel spreadsheets—to track and organize work
Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and retail staff to ensure smooth scheduling and accurate communication
Maintain an organized office environment and assist with general retail propane processes
Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience preferred
Basic Microsoft Office and spreadsheet skills
Accuracy with payment posting, balancing, and deposits
