Responsibilities
Work across the full product life cycle, from concept to deployment
System design, development and test of RADAR- Electronic Support Measures (ESM) and Electronic Counter Measure (ECM)
Conduct system level RF cascade analysis, co-site analysis and mission modeling
Create system requirements and ensure sub-system requirement traceability
Coordinate across disciplines to ensure the system requirements and design are properly and thoroughly defined and captured
Utilize Model Based Systems Engineering, including the use of modelling tools (e.g. Cameo)
Balance multiple projects at any given time
Work with a team and execute work individually
Qualification
Required
Experience with system design, development and test of RADAR- Electronic Support Measures (ESM) and Electronic Counter Measure (ECM)
Experience with system level RF cascade analysis, co-site analysis and mission modeling
Experience with mission modeling tools like AFSIM and STK
Experience with system requirements creation and sub-system requirement traceability. Coordinate across disciplines to ensure the system requirements and design are properly and thoroughly defined and captured
Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering, including the use of modelling tools (e.g. Cameo)
Excellent at balancing multiple projects at any given time
Enthusiastic about both working with a team and executing work individually
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret/Top Secret security clearance
Preferred
Experience in SIL (System in Lab) design, setup and automation
Flight Test experience and flight test data analysis
Experience in integrating Firmware and Software build on prototype and production grade hardware
Familiar with wireless communication standards (Bluetooth, 3G/4G/5G, Wi-Fi, SINCGARS, MUOS, etc.)
