Responsibilities

Develop and foster new partnerships to support Maropost’s growth strategy
Manage end to end onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a seamless and efficient integration
Act as the main liaison between Maropost and its partners and manage all inquiries with urgency
Act as a support for other partnership team members
Maintain knowledge and understanding of industry trends and identify potential areas of improvement
Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and to define new GTM (Go to Market) strategies
Foster and leverage relationships with senior leaders to support future growth initiatives
Ensure partners are enabled and engaged in promoting the Maropost platform

Required

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in partner management or key account management
You have a customer-focused mindset and a passion for building relationships
Previous SaaS experience. Exposure to eCommerce products is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills, this is a highly visible role
Level of comfort with managing multiple stakeholders, internal and external both technical and non-technical
Ability to adapt in a fast-growing organisation
