Responsibilities
System Migration SME’s key areas of focus as they relate to PKG’s Enterprise MIS solutions are Business Assessment, Process Assessment, Process GAP Assessment, Solution Implementation, Solution Training, Training Effectiveness Assessment, Process Compliance Auditing and Solution Compliance Auditing
Collaborates on process & training material design, development, recommend changes, and adaptations to materials based on actual experience gained with the materials when used in the field
By consulting with the Business Unit, identifies problems, trends and/or performance gaps as they relate to the employee effectiveness. Collaboratively develops appropriate strategies to help move the organization to a high performance environment
Communicate directly with key operational stakeholders to set implementation strategy
Applies standard evaluation methodologies for measuring training effectiveness and analyzes evaluation data. Prepares, copies, and distributes participant materials, including but not limited to pre-work, participant guides/workbooks, handouts, post-assessments, etc. Consult with business unit to gain knowledge of their daily operations, define their training needs and make recommendations to help them achieve their goals
Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in discipline related to function of work with 3+ years of relevant work experience
ERP support, conversion experience is required
Results driven, execution-focused, seasoned professional who can work independently
Able to facilitate, prioritize and resolve conflicting demands and requirements
Experienced in the change control management process and have a understanding and experience in managing complex projects
Able to apply broad work experience and knowledge when analyzing complex problems
Requires strong understanding of the impact of a message on the organization or customer
Ability to travel periodically to remote locations to conduct training sessions
Preferred
Experience in a Packaging, Labels or closely related environment preferred
Travel - Required and Expected 25% or more of the time
