Source candidates
Conduct adaptive, intelligent interviews
Schedule and coordinate next steps
Support hiring decisions at scale
Qualification
Required
6-24 months of full-cycle, closing experience
Proven ability to run deals end-to-end
Bachelor's degree required, GPA of 3.5+ highly preferred
Sales experience in a high-growth, early-stage AI organization
Strong communication skills and comfort explaining technical concepts
Curious, competitive, resilient, and excited by AI/passionate about AI
