Conduct regular governance and account review meetings, track service performance, and report operational results to the client
Act as the primary point of contact for the customer, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
Champion continual service improvement programs with measurable targets, driving SLA/KPI compliance and operational excellence
Excellent presentation skills to drive weekly, monthly & quarterly meetings
