Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
Build and track project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls, including earned value and variance analysis
Monitor schedule and cost performance, identify risks and trends, and recommend corrective actions
Partner with project managers and engineers to validate assumptions, sequencing, and resource plans
Support contractor and vendor schedule reviews and progress validation
Improve project controls processes, tools, and standards as the company scales

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
3+ years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or cost engineering

Proficiency with scheduling and cost tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel)
Experience supporting manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects
