Customer Success Associate
Renewal Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to join their growing apparel fulfillment team. This role involves supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring effective communication with global apparel customers regarding shipments and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities
Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing due diligence
Provides updates with highly communicative and accurate responses internally and externally
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
2-8 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting, desired
Intermediate computer skills and experience
Strong oral and written communication skills in English required to interpret and relay job specifications, prepare reports etc
Must function well with minimum supervision
Must be a detail-oriented individual with good organizational skills
Preferred
Some college education or other technical training preferred
Prior warehouse or logistics experience (apparel/retail preferred)
