Digital Hardware Engineer
PMB Talent Partners is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Hardware Engineer who will take ownership of the full hardware lifecycle—from conceptualizing high-level requirements to seeing designs move through manufacturing and into the field. The role involves leading the design cycle, executing test plans, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards.
Staffing & Recruiting
Responsibilities
Comprehensive technical knowledge of embedded microprocessor design and integration for ARM Cores, DDR memory interfaces, and high-bandwidth USB and Ethernet
Proficient use of simulation tools such as LTSpice for circuitry, HyperLynx for signal integrity, and MATLAB for system-level modeling
Proven ability to lead the full design cycle—including requirement analysis, schematic capture (using Mentor VX/Designer), and complex high-speed layout analysis
Expertise in executing subsystem and system-level test plans, using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers) to identify and resolve critical hardware defects
Experience designing for MIL-STD-461 (EMI/EMC) and adhering to IPC standards to ensure hardware survivability in high-reliability environments
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance
