Responsibilities

Address customer inquiries or complaints about the organization's products or services
Make regular calls to existing customers to gauge their satisfaction with the organization, products, and services
Determine the best approach to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction, following organizational policies
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues and inform customers of standard procedures or solutions
Follow up with customers to ensure continued satisfaction

Required

High School Diploma with advance proficiency in all MS Office Programs

Demonstrates strong multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills
Ability to sit comfortably for prolonged periods of time
Ability for occasional travel as the job may require visiting customers and project sites

Preferred

Associate or Technical degree in business, sales or related field with 1 year experience in customer service or related position
