Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Provide accurate information regarding delivery schedules, services, and company processes
Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and operations staff to resolve customer needs
Enter and update customer information, orders, and service notes in company systems
Handle complaints and service issues with professionalism and problem-solving skills
Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and data entry skills
