Akkodis is seeking a Mainframe Tech Project Manager for a Contract with a client in North Quincy, MA. The role involves leading the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, managing project budgets, and ensuring alignment with risk and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects, covering requirements, design, testing, cutover, and hypercare to ensure successful implementation
Manage RAID logs, project budgets, Clarity time‑tracking, and governance routines while preparing executive‑level dashboards and status reporting
Coordinate UAT cycles, production readiness, and post‑go‑live stabilization efforts to ensure seamless operational performance
Drive process and operating model improvements, documenting SOPs, controls, and audit‑ready change records
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Operations, Technology, Product, and Compliance to resolve dependencies and maintain delivery discipline
Ensure alignment with risk, compliance, and audit standards while proactively mitigating project and operational risks

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
10+ years of IT project management experience, with significant exposure to banking, custody, or asset‑servicing environments
Strong capability in delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder technology programs involving system migrations, regulatory changes, or client transitions
Proven expertise in SDLC methodologies, Clarity budget/time tracking, and stakeholder governance across senior leadership and external clients
