Responsibilities
Candidates Sourced & Outreached: 250 Per Week
LinkedIn InMail Response Rate: 20%
TA Screens Per Week: 20 (30 Minutes Per Interview/10 Hours Per Week)
New Active Candidates Per Week (Post TA Screen): 5
Qualification
Required
Proven experience recruiting and building talent pipelines for lifestyle roles including EA's, PA's and other household positions
Confidence in your ability to create sourcing strategies and Boolean search strings
Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter including the ability to manage projects and create sophisticated search parameters
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience across various business functions
Experience passively sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates
Ability to work with a high degree of ambiguity
Previous experience working in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment
Detail-oriented, and effective multi-tasker with a high sense of urgency
Preferred
Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
