Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and assemblies
Create and review 2D/3D CAD models, drawings, and technical documentation
Perform engineering calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection
Support prototype builds, testing, validation, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, manufacturing, quality, suppliers)
Assist in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure designs meet performance, safety, quality, and compliance standards
Support manufacturing processes and resolve production issues
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
0–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering (entry-level candidates welcome)
Strong understanding of mechanical design fundamentals
Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, Creo, or NX
Familiarity with GD&T and engineering drawings
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work in a team-based environment
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Internship or project experience in design, manufacturing, or testing
Familiarity with FEA tools (ANSYS or similar)
Exposure to PLM tools and documentation processes
Experience working in regulated industries is a plus
Knowledge of quality standards and testing procedures
