Responsibilities

Accomplishing sales and service objectives by managing a small team of recruiters whose main functions include recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching and counseling employees
Achieving sales and service operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to functional strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change
Meeting branch financial objectives by setting recruiting requirements; preparing annual sales and service budgets
Establishing sales and service objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales and revenue quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit goals
Implementing sales programs by identifying prospects; developing field sales action plans; tracking and monitoring results as well as meeting your own personal sales quotas
