Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
Architect and manage cloud-based solutions using AWS
Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability
Collaborate with product, frontend, and other engineering teams
Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders in English
Proactively share ideas, improvements, and best practices with the team
Qualification
Required
5 Years of experience
Strong experience with Go (preferred) or Node.js, with a focus on performance and scalability
Solid hands-on experience designing and managing AWS-based systems
Experience working with high-scale infrastructure is a strong plus
Excellent English skills and experience working directly with clients or stakeholders
Strong technical background and analytical skills
Proactive, collaborative, and open to sharing knowledge and ideas
Preferred
Experience or familiarity with TEFCA integrations and FHIR data standards
Experience or interest in implementing AI or LLM-based tools to optimize workflows or processes
Previous experience in regulated or data-intensive environments
