Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities
Develop TT clients and maintain regular customer relationships
Targeted participation in industry exhibitions: Attend tool fairs and other TT-related exhibitions/associations
Achieve breakthroughs in key marketing channels (professional magazines, TV, online ads, etc.), empower existing TT clients, and help them drive product sell-out
Develop offline B2B markets and expand market share
Office location is to be determined; remote work is available initially, with business trips required
Work base around Texas; locations near Austin or Dallas are also acceptable
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. local employee
Preferred
Sales experience in the Big Four tool alliances (Snap-on, Cornwell Tools, Mac Tools, Matco Tools) is preferred
