Responsibilities
Act as the face to our customer over the phone and in person with visitors
Exhibit a very positive attitude, work well in a team environment, & have the ability to multitask
Work closely with our move coordinators in order to serve customer needs
Have excellent computer skills and able to manage incoming calls
Are ready to learn aspects of moving & relocation in order to work with customers during the moving process
Handle office administrative responsibilities including the ordering of supplies, filing, office mail, etc
Create & update customer orders, calculate move estimates, check in with customers during the move process, & schedule specialized services
Other duties assigned by management
Qualification
Required
1 year of Customer Service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Energetic self motivator with a positive and friendly demeanor
Extremely organized with a strong attention to detail
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable handling high volumes of workload
Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience
Preferred
High School Diploma or Equivalent
