Responsibilities
Research and evaluate companies, competitors, and markets
Special projects for executive, finance, and strategy teams. Provide the analyses and insights to help Veeva leadership make decisions
Execute M&A and support integration with cross-functional teams
Build relationships across the ecosystem with management teams, investors, and bankers
Build and refine internal products, processes, and systems
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree
6+ years of professional experience, including several years in investment banking or equity research at a leading firm
Strong financial and technical fluency (evaluating companies, modeling, deal structures, markets)
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in a structured, organized way
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills; comfortable working with senior leaders
Crisp executive-level written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, problem-solver, critical thinker, strong attention to detail, curious
Preferred
Investor mindset paired with transactional execution experience
Genuine interest in the intersection of Technology and Healthcare/Life Sciences
MBA, CFA, or graduate degree
