Responsibilities

Background in hydraulic fluid power troubleshooting
Background in pneumatic tool troubleshooting
Experience troubleshooting diesel equipment and aftertreatment systems
Experience with Quick Serve, DTNA and other diagnostic software
Assess, diagnose, and repair a variety of utility equipment from various manufacturers
Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using appropriate tools
Knowledge of 12V electrical systems including multi-plex wiring
Basic understanding of truck mounted hydraulic systems and installation procedures
Test mechanical products and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications
DOT, ANSI and Dielectric testing
Perform routine maintenance and cleanliness tasks on equipment and vehicles
Maintain accurate records of parts, services, and labor for cost tracking
Adhere to safety protocols and attend monthly safety meetings
Ability to follow both written and verbal installation instructions

Required

3 plus years of related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Own set of tools required
Valid driver's license. (CDL a plus)
Background in hydraulic fluid power troubleshooting
Background in pneumatic tool troubleshooting
Experience troubleshooting diesel equipment and aftertreatment systems
