Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement SAP OTC solutions in line with business requirements
Work with business stakeholders to gather Order to Cash needs and translate them into functional specifications
Integrate SAP SD with other SAP modules such as MM, Finance, EWM, and third-party logistics systems
Support the full project lifecycle from blueprinting and realization to go-live and post-go-live support
Provide expertise on Master Data (including Material and Business Partner), Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Rebates and aATP processes
Provide expertise on integration with other Order Management applications such as Salesforce, 3PL systems
Conduct system testing, user training, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal business disruption
Document system configurations, processes, and user procedures
Qualification
Required
Hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAP S/4 Hana SD with a minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live as consultant
3+ years of experience with SAP S/4 HANA
Prior experience in SAP ECC to S4 Migration
Strong knowledge of SAP SD business processes and configuration
Leadership skills: Strong leadership skills and experience leading teams
SAP Certifications: SAP S/4 Hana Sales/SD certifications
Preferred
Knowledge of SAP Clean Core Methodology
Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
Knowledge of ABAP debugging and enhancements (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience in international or multi-site implementations
Ability to work in a multicultural and virtual team environment
Familiarity with Cloud Computing Platforms: Including IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP
