Corporate Tax Intern

Responsibilities
Assist with corporate tax return preparation: Support the preparation of federal, state, and U.S. international tax filings and related schedules
Perform tax research: Analyze regulations, rulings, and tax law changes to help the team interpret impacts on the business
Organize and maintain tax documentation: Ensure accurate and complete workpapers for audits and internal reviews
Participate in special projects: Contribute to process improvements, technology initiatives, and cross‑functional projects
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams: Work with accounting, finance, and operations to collect and validate tax‑related information
Qualification
Required
Current student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency with Excel and basic data analysis
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in corporate tax or public accounting
