Research Associate
The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a part-time Research Associate with expertise in psychosocial health and implementation science. The role involves providing high-level program implementation and evaluation methods to support core researchers, collaborating on study design, and conducting research within various cohorts.

Responsibilities
Work directly with principal investigators to assist with study design for new studies, and writing grant proposals
Provide study oversight for ongoing studies, including advising on qualitative research methods
Take an active role in program development
Collaborate with other faculty and staff to design, implement and evaluate research initiatives
Assist with manuscript and grant preparation, including systematic reviews of the literature, writing publication ready methods and results sections, and bibliography preparation
Qualification
Required
PhD in behavioral health, community health, social determinants of health or related field
2+ years experience developing, implementing and evaluating research projects in industry and academic settings
Knowledge of qualitative research methods and analysis
Experience in public and community health settings
Experience submitting grants
Experience implementing and evaluating programs
Ability to mentor and train graduate students
Preferred
2+ years experience performing qualitative analysis methodologies
2+ years experience in social determinants of health research
2+ years experience in project management
