The Data and Process Excellence Specialist is responsible for maintaining the integrity of operational data and transforming elevator inspection data into actionable insights to drive operational efficiency and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate, complete, and reliable operational and inspection data across systems

Export, clean, manipulate, and analyze elevator inspection and compliance data

Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc operational reports and dashboards

Forecast inspection volumes, workload demands, and capacity needs to support planning

Identify trends, gaps, and inefficiencies in inspection, scheduling, and compliance processes

Partner with Operations, Client Services, Scheduling, and Leadership teams to provide data insights

Support continuous improvement initiatives by measuring process performance and outcomes

Ensure data consistency and standardization across platforms and reporting outputs

Document data sources, reporting logic, and process workflows

Assist with system enhancements, automation, and process optimization efforts

Respond to data requests from leadership and internal stakeholders in a timely manner

Manages others through subordinate supervisors

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field

Strong experience working with data exports, reporting, and analysis

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
