Sales Agronomist - Two Rivers Coop
Two Rivers Cooperative is currently seeking a Sales Agronomist to serve as a trusted advisor to farmers, combining agricultural knowledge with a passion for helping growers succeed. This role involves building meaningful relationships with customers and delivering customized recommendations that drive yield and profitability.

Responsibilities
Assess customer operations to identify gaps in their current product mix and uncover opportunities that maximize their success
Build lasting relationships through consistent, year-round engagement with growers
Prospect and develop new business in your territory, converting leads to long-term partnerships
Share technical expertise, best practices, and agronomy tools that help farmers make informed decisions
Recommend tailored solutions that optimize yields, improve return on investment, and address complex challenges
Stay current on emerging technologies, market trends, and product developments to bring valuable insights to customers
Anticipate future customer needs and identify ways to deepen service within your territory
Partner with location leadership to develop strategies focused on the right product mix, strong margins, and high-value solutions
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of sales strategies and agronomy or crop consulting
Ability to walk and visit fields
Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Standing for extended periods of time
Work extended hours during peak seasons
Good computer skills for running feed mill machinery
Must have a valid driver's license
Ability to obtain Class A CDL and Hazmat
Preferred
Associate's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Ag Business, or related field
