Family Law Litigation Attorney
Clarke Executive Services Group is seeking a Family Law Litigation Attorney to manage a full caseload in their law office. The attorney will handle various family law matters, represent clients in legal proceedings, and collaborate with firm staff to ensure efficient case management.

Responsibilities
Manage family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, and related litigation
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and court proceedings
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
Develop legal strategies and case plans from start to finish
Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients
Collaborate with paralegals and administrative staff to ensure efficient case management
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Bachelor's degree as prerequisite for law degree
Active West Virginia law license
2+ years managing family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support litigation; experience representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences; demonstrated ability to develop and execute legal strategies from case intake through resolution in a law firm or similar legal environment
Proficiency with legal practice management software such as Clio, MyCase, or PracticePanther for case tracking, billing, and client communication
Experience using document management systems like LexWorkplace or NetDocuments for secure document storage, version control, and retrieval
Familiarity with electronic court filing systems relevant to West Virginia family law litigation, including state-specific e-filing portals or PACER for federal cases
