Responsibilities
Ongoing analyses of compliance against NCQA and client requirements
Tracking and supporting development of annual documents for internal and external review
Analysis, review, and modification of policies to ensure compliant and up-to-date
Management of NCQA/delegation related external deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness
Development of tools for tracking and communicating performance and status
Build templates and reports which can be used to evaluate performance, as well as track performance
Collaborate with operations, information technology and compliance personnel to drive accountability and process improvements
Help solve complex clinical and operational issues
Complete and manage special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in healthcare business administration, legal, operations management, or related subjects
3+ years of experience with healthcare policy or regulations, NCQA requirements, CMS, SNP Model of Care, Medicaid requirements, or compliance management
3+ years of experience in project or program management experience in health plan or other healthcare organization
Self-starter and independent, critical thinker with ability to perform detailed data analysis
Must demonstrate excellent professional communication skills through clearly written, concise and comprehensive documentation, strong technical writing skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and holds self to high work standards
