Responsibilities

Management of multiple complex calendars, meeting prioritization, and large scale meeting coordination
Coordination and planning of domestic and international travel, including organizing trip agendas and local logistics
Completing expense reports, and managing corporate card purchases; participation in budget planning and tracking as needed
Managing other core administrative activities (space planning, new-hire onboarding, team morale events)
Planning and coordinating team activities and events
Tracking and helping to drive completion of key deliverables for team and executives, following up on key items
Having fun at work and helping others do the same

Required

5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
High school or equivalent diploma
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Experience with work space planning/management
Bachelor's degree
Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
