Local & Go-To-Market Intern

Responsibilities
Assist in designing and implementing "Back to School" and "Holiday" marketing strategies
Help organize and track the Q3 2026 Go-To-Market execution plan
Build KPI baselines and analyze campaign performance alongside analytics partners
Execute and monitor campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels
Conduct trend analysis to inform local messaging and customer preferences
Qualification
Required
GPA 3.3 or above
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, in a related field of study
Must have 60 credit hours completed by May 2026
Strong understanding of the 4 Ps, consumer behavior, and campaign lifecycle (ideation to execution)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (sorting data, basic formulas) and an ability to translate numbers into actionable insights
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital trends to help drive local brand conversations
Strong verbal and written skills for collaborating with internal teams and external agency partners
A proactive 'builder' mindset with the willingness to learn new tools and pivot based on campaign performance
