Responsibilities
Communicate fluently in English and Spanish with prospective clients
Help clients secure Final Expense and whole life insurance coverage
Educate clients on financial protection, end-of-life planning, and policy benefits
Conduct needs assessments and present coverage options that fit client budgets
Handle inbound calls, manage your pipeline, and close policies
Build strong, long-term client relationships
Accurately document activity in CRM systems and maintain compliance
Qualification
Required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
Active 2-15 Life & Health Insurance License (required)
Strong communication and sales skills
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Final Expense experience preferred, but not required
Life Insurance Sales: 1 year (preferred)
Final Expense experience: a plus
