Human Resources Manager
Durabook Americas is an industry innovator in rugged computing solutions, and they are seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions. This role includes responsibilities such as employee relations, recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee development initiatives.

Responsibilities
Maintain company policies, records, and internal documentation
Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Administer employee benefits, including medical insurance, 401(k), workers’ compensation, and COBRA coordination
Manage semi-monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Provide the headcount and payroll report to HQ monthly
Coordinate all HR related audits (e.g., 401(k), workers’ compensation, payroll, and compliance audits)
Ensure compliance with federal, state (e.g., California), and local labor laws
Support performance reviews, training coordination, and HR policies
Handle commission calculation, expense reports, reimbursements
Manage HR annual budget planning and expense tracking
Manage office supplies and building maintenance
Qualification
Required
Knowledge and experience in HR policies, practices, and compliance, including workplace laws and regulations
3–5+ years of experience in administration. HR
Proven skills in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Strong capabilities in performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development
Proficiency in ADP payroll systems
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Bilingual (English/Chinese)
