Complaints Analyst

Responsibilities

Independently conduct complex and/or sensitive investigations of recovery or treatment programs
Gather facts via interviews, reviewing and analyzing files and other pertinent documents, and inspecting the facilities
Prepare reports within mandated timelines
Organize evidence, identify violations, assess penalties (when appropriate), prepare appeal documents and requests for legal advice, respond to inquiries, and input data into database(s)
Travel statewide, including overnight, of up to 50% of the time, by airplane, train, automobile, and other transportation methods to conduct oversight and monitoring of the 24-hour psychiatric programs

Travel statewide, including overnight, of up to 50% of the time, by airplane, train, automobile, and other transportation methods is required in order to conduct oversight and monitoring of the 24-hour psychiatric programs
