Responsibilities
Motivate associates to deliver excellent customer service – train, coach and lead by example
Execute all duties of a service desk associate and ensure department duties are completed accurately and timely
Develop service desk associate’s skills
Assess associate performance and provide feedback to improve the quality of customer service and Von Maur store services
Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and department needs
Monitors and supports store online order and pick up in store services
Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
Qualification
Required
Effective problem solver
Ability to motivate associates to deliver excellent customer service
Experience in training, coaching, and leading by example
Ability to execute all duties of a service desk associate
Skills in developing service desk associates' skills
Ability to assess associate performance and provide feedback
Experience in developing and implementing solutions to solve customer problems
Ability to monitor and support store online order and pick up in store services
Availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
