Responsibilities
Advise Executive Leadership on organizational strategy, policy direction, and operational priorities
Support the development and refinement of the organization’s mission, goals, and long-term initiatives
Provide strategic insight on communications, administrative processes, and leadership decisions
Facilitate alignment and coordination across departments to ensure cohesive execution of executive priorities
Assess risks, opportunities, and emerging issues, offering recommendations to leadership
Represent Executive Leadership internally or externally as delegated, including participation in high-level meetings or stakeholder engagements
Qualification
Required
High-level strategic counsel experience
Experience supporting organizational vision and governance
Ability to shape organizational priorities and internal strategy
Experience in cross-departmental alignment
Strong understanding of mission, values, and objectives of an organization
Ability to advise on organizational strategy, policy direction, and operational priorities
Experience in developing and refining organizational mission and long-term initiatives
Strategic insight on communications and administrative processes
