Keeps an eye on Guest Services and Night Audit teams to make sure they’re on point with accounting, leads Night Auditor training sessions, and spices up staff meetings with fun, effective training—Aimbridge style! Jumps in for MOD duty when needed!
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree with 3 years' related experience, Bachelor's with 1 year, or 5 years' progressive hotel/related field experience
Strong proficiency with Windows systems, spreadsheets, typing, and basic PC troubleshooting
Supervisory experience required
Ability to communicate clearly, solve problems efficiently, and handle high-pressure situations
Skilled at understanding complex information, addressing concerns, and working with financial data and basic math
