VP Institutional Equity Sales

Osaic is seeking a Vice President, Institutional Equity Sales. The chosen candidate will become a key member of Ladenburg’s Institutional Sales team, responsible for identifying and qualifying institutional investors to market the firm’s equity transactions.

Responsibilities

Identifying and qualifying institutional investors (mutual funds, hedge funds, pension funds, family offices) to market firm’s equity transactions
Offer corporate access to investors
Booking roadshows
Ability to effectively communicate with clients and client prospects on equity markets and firm research
Required to comply with applicable regulation, conduct rules, internal policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Institutional Sales experienceSeries 7 licenseSeries 63 licenseCommunication skillsIT skillsPerform under pressureRelationship building

Required

Willingness to spend time traveling and socializing with clients
IT skills, including all standard Office applications
Strong communication skills, ability to foster relationships
Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Minimum of 5 Years of Institutional Sales experience
Series 7, 63 licensed

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
