Responsibilities
Recognize frequent guests and personalize service based on their preferences
Support the Food & Beverage team in delivering exceptional service to guests
Assist Food Servers in providing a high-quality, professional, and friendly dining experience, following Four Seasons standards
Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner
Help run food to tables and be able to describe the dish knowledgeably and confidently when presenting it to guests
Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and respond promptly and appropriately to any concerns or requests
Stock service items such as condiments, linens, china, glassware, silverware, and food supplies
Polish Silverware and Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including crumbing tables discreetly

Qualification
Required
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
Weekend and Holiday availability required
Strong Customer Service skills
