Responsibilities
Assist with planning, promoting, and executing community outreach events and fundraising campaigns
Build and maintain relationships with community partners, volunteers, and supporters
Support outreach through in-person engagement, email campaigns, and social media
Help manage donor and volunteer communications and follow-ups
Track event participation, fundraising performance, and engagement metrics
Contribute creative ideas to improve outreach strategies and fundraising initiatives
Qualification
Required
Energetic, personable, and highly motivated with a passion for community engagement
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Tech-savvy and eager to learn tools related to event planning, CRM systems, and social media platforms
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service, sales, events, or volunteer work is a plus, but not required
