Sales Account Manager

HR Power 10 is seeking an Experienced Outside Sales Account Manager to drive business growth in a high-opportunity territory serving industrial, utility, and municipal customers. Own and grow a sales territory, driving new business development across industrial and municipal markets
Proactively prospect, network, and close new opportunities, engaging engineers, operators, and key decision-makers
Build strong influence with customers by identifying operational challenges and positioning Precision’s pump, valve, and service solutions
Control the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through negotiation and close
Negotiate pricing, scope, and commercial terms to secure profitable, long-term agreements
Expand existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and long-term service strategies
Track KPIs, manage pipeline activity, and maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce
Represent Precision professionally in the field, at customer sites, and industry events
Make things happen, you see obstacles, solve them fast, and drive measurable wins

Experienced Outside Sales Account Manager
5+ years of success in industrial, pump, valve, or technical services sales
Decisive, confident, and assertive

Proactively prospect, network, and close new opportunities
Build strong influence with customers by identifying operational challenges
Control the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through negotiation and close
