Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of ONESOURCE and related tax software solutions
Manage project scope, budgets, milestones, and contractual obligations as outlined in Statements of Work (SOW)
Maintain detailed project documentation using PSA tools within Salesforce
Oversee a portfolio of projects, including:
1 large, complex initiative
2–3 mid-sized projects
Several smaller projects requiring intermittent touchpoints
Conduct client-facing meetings and ensure strong communication throughout the project lifecycle
Perform functional PMO tasks such as time entry, approvals, and resource allocation
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations
Drive continuous improvement and adherence to standardized templates and documentation
Qualification
Required
5 to 10 years of relevant experience
Experience with onesource software or similar software products
Experience with indirect taxation
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software implementation
Strong understanding of ERP environments (SAP and/or Oracle)
